PTE ACADEMIC - ON EXAM DAY
On the big day, when your skills will be finally tested in a strict environment, you may feel nervous! But you are not alone. In our experience, the majority of first-time test takers are nervous though they have Practiced very hard and knew all the modules and their items. The reason is simple – anxiety and probably a little fear.
Don’t forget your ID card
Get the checklist 'checked!' Don't forget your ID card, passport, receipt, and other essential documents
Digital Sign
As a part of the procedure, you need to show some ID and then sign in digitally.
Capture Your Photo
Sit straight so that the camera can capture your photo.
Scan Your Palm
The biometric check (scanning your palm) happens on the day of PTE Test. They will scan/check digitally both of your hands
Test Centre
The test will take place at a secure facility with all the amenities needed for taking the test.PTE - TIPS & TRICKS
- Keep yourself mentally fresh. Try to avoid arguments and skirmishes
- Arrive at least half an hour before the exam starts
- At the entrance, you’ll be asked for your passport, and the test receipt downloaded from the Person Website.
- The administrator will assign you a locker to check-in your belongings.
- If you have any query, ask the invigilator.
- In general, there are 10 seats at the test centre from which you’ll be allotted with a seat.
- There will be other test takers around you, but each will be sitting in their private booth.
- In case you need help in between, you may raise your hand.
- Check the microphone, its volume, and other functionalities. Contact the authority in a case it’s not working correctly..
- The administrator will assign you a locker to check-in your belongings.
- Once the test is over, you are expected to leave the hall.
- Collecting passport and other formalities may take 10-15 minutes.
